HOW TO:
— Select any of the Blanket layouts.
— Under the modules tab, uncheck everything except Custom Text. It should look like this.
— Go to the Custom CSS tab and uncheck the Use Layout's Stylesheet(s) box.
— Copy this whole thing.
— Paste the code in, hit save, and you're done.
— PS. custom comment pages look gross, I suggest turning them off. They're functional, but I lost steam testing them out so they look horrible.

NOTES:
— Tested on Firefox and Chrome, let me know if it's not working on your browser.
— Feel free to edit, but do not take out the credit line from the layout code.
